Return Policy
We hope that everyone is satisfied with our service.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (except that beards, eybrows, hats and wigs are not returnable for sanitary reasons), simply return the merchandise in an unused condition, in the original packaging with a postmark dated no later than 5 business days from the date of receipt of the package and we will refund the purchase price less shipping charges. Please enclose your packing list with the items being returned and send the box to the address below. Remember to obtain a delivery receipt for your records as confirmation of your return.
